If an existing Property is requested to be Deactivated, please fill the following form: https://smx.typeform.com/to/fphF2d

It will be required to add:

• Email address

• Application in the list

• Name of the hotel or Names of the hotels separated by comas

• Hotel ID or Hotel IDs separated by comas

• Message Type to be deactivated

• Name of the PMS if known

• Deactivation Date (optional)

• Reason Deactivation (optional)

Deactivations must be requested by the Application. If a property has mentioned that want to remove the connection, please ask them to contact the Application.
