SiteConnect Reservation Email Template

The SiteConnect reservation email is not enabled by default and must be requested by the connecting OTA prior to certification taking place.

The SiteConnect reservation email is a standardised email template that is designed for Channel Manager’s partners that do not have the capability to send booking notifications to the hotel.

The email cannot be customised and must not be used as a replacement to the booking notification email that your OTA would send if the hotel does not have a Channel Manager connection.

If the channel is not capable of sending RoomDescription and RatePlanDescription in the reservation XML, then the reservation email will not contain any room type name or rate description. RoomDescription and RatePlanDescription is strongly encouraged to provide when using SiteConnect reservation notifications.
