SiteConnect will flush all ARI to the channel, the request will be sent to the channel back to back.

Every morning our system is sending you the data for one new date at the end of the update period for each property that is connected.

Correct, the SiteConnect is pushing rates, availability and restrictions to the channel endpoint by using a POST request. You need to be able to store this information in some type of database. Most booking channels store at least one year's worth, but often we see booking channels storing even more. SiteConnect supports up to 750 days. This means a hotel could send you two year's worth of rates, availability and restrictions, and you would need to store it. 

Availability

SiteConnect can send availability, rates and restrictions up to 750 days in advance. This is a setting SiteMinder will set in the configuration of a Channel in SiteConnect. For more reading please check Channel Manager - Manage update period.

SiteConnect sends by default both @InvTypeCode and @RatePlanCode attributes in all availability requests, regardless if a connected channel supports Room Type, Rate Plan or both Room Type + Rate Plan availability.
