No, If a hotel sets a 0 rate by accident, it will cause our system to disable that particular rate plan for all mapped channels until the 0 rate has been fixed. The hotel will see a notification on their dashboard saying there is a disabled rate plan and why.

SiteConnect can send availability, rates and restrictions up to 750 days in advance. This is a setting SiteMinder will set in the configuration of a Channel in SiteConnect.

No, Rate Update requests are sent only with one combination of room code and rate code. 

This is due to a setting we have in SiteMinder, if we have decimals turned off the price will be rounded up. This can also depend on the site we are sending to and if they allow decimals, if they don't they will also round the price up. 

Currently SiteConnect does not support seasonal rates. However, StopSell, CTA, CTD and MinStay restrictions can be used to specify the season of the rates.
