Our PMS Toolkit is in BETA version. It is still in Development and some functionalities may not work as expected.

Using the OTA_HotelAvailNotifRQ, the PMS must send back the affected 'Availability' change for the affected room type and dates.

Reservation (Change stay dates)

  1. Go to the General tab and click Generate next to the One RoomType/Rateplan, 2 nights, Total Amount Before/After Tax scenario.

    1. Select your room type-rateplan combination.

    2. Date Range: Select any 2 nights date range. Ex: 02/14/2023 - 02/15/2023 is the 2 stay nights. This is not the check-in and check-out dates.

  2. Click Send

Modify Reservation

  1. Go to Sent Scenarios on the left nav bar.

  2. Find the reservationID and click Modify

  3. Change the stay dates to +1 day. Reservation still for 2 nights.
    Ex: Original booked was 02/14/2023 - 02/15/2023. Modify dates are 02/15/2023 - 02/16/2023

  4. Click Send

Cancel Reservation

  1. Go to Sent Scenarios on the left nav bar.

  2. Find the reservationID and click Modify

  3. Click Cancel Reservation

  4. Click Send

Multi-Rooms Reservation

Two Different RoomType

  1. Go to the Basic tab and click Generate under the Two Different RoomType - Rateplan, 1 night section.

    1. Verify the 2 room types are different.

    2. Date Range: Select any 1 night. Ex: 07/04/2023 - 07/04/2023 is the 1 stay night. This is not the check-in and check-out dates. Keep the same dates for both.

  2. Click Send

Two Same RoomType

  1. Go to the Basic tab and click Generate under the Two Same RoomType - Rateplan, 1 night section.

    1. Verify the 2 room types are different.

Modify Multi-Rooms Reservation

  1. Go to Sent Scenarios on the left nav bar.

  2. Find the reservationID and click Modify

  3. Delete one of the room types.

  4. Click Send
