Deactivation Process for Hotels

 

  1. If an existing Property is requested to be Deactivated, please fill the following form: https://smx.typeform.com/to/fphF2d

  2. The SMX Activations Team will receive a notification and disconnect the application from the property.

  3. It will be required to add:

  • Email address

  • Application in the list

  • Name of the hotel or Names of the hotels separated by comas

  • Hotel ID or Hotel IDs separated by comas

  • Message Type to be deactivated

  • Name of the PMS (Publisher) if known

  • Deactivation Date (optional)

  • Reason Deactivation (optional)
