The SMX Activations Team will receive a notification and disconnect the application from the property.
It will be required to add:
Email address
Application in the list
Name of the hotel or Names of the hotels separated by comas
Hotel ID or Hotel IDs separated by comas
Message Type to be deactivated
Name of the PMS (Publisher) if known
Deactivation Date (optional)
Reason Deactivation (optional)
